This is an overview of streamwalking in Southeast Alaska intended for anyone who wants to put on a pair of boots and study the myriad lifeforms in our streams. Created as part of Discovery Southeast’s Creek Stewards program in Juneau’s middle schools, it presents basic information on stream biology and chemistry, water quality, and stream stewardship.
